Role Summary

The Customer Success Manager owns the post-delivery client relationship at Agilx. This role ensures completed projects continue to deliver value through responsive support, well-scoped enhancements, and thoughtful expansion of client solutions. It is a hybrid of customer success, support leadership, and consultative sales—with full accountability for profitability.

Compensation

Base salary with benefits plus profit-sharing opportunities tied directly to the profitability of support and enhancement work.

  • Clients feel supported, informed, and confident in Agilx as a long-term partner
  • Support work is efficient, predictable, and profitable
  • Enhancement work is clearly scoped, well executed, and consistently approved
  • Developers’ time is used effectively, with minimal churn or rework
  • Revenue from existing clients grows without sacrificing quality or trust

Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years working with software projects or products, ideally custom-built solutions
  • Comfortable collaborating with software developers and technical teams on requirements, estimates, and delivery
  • Able to translate client needs into clearly defined enhancements or fixes
  • Experience working with support tickets, issue prioritization, and client follow-up
  • Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, pragmatic, and mindful of scope, timelines, and profitability

Job Duties Include

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients after project delivery
  • Ensure support tickets are triaged, prioritized, and resolved promptly and professionally
  • Identify, scope, and quote small enhancement and improvement projects
  • Coordinate and manage one or more developers to deliver support and enhancements profitably
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upgrades, optimizations, and follow-on work
  • Maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and results
  • Own the Profit & Loss for support and enhancement work, ensuring sustainable margins
